Senior Legal Advisor specializing in arbitration and international contracts, with extensive experience spanning several decades in legal consultancy, corporate law, and foreign investment. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at the University of Khartoum in 1975 and holds a master’s degree in legal legislative drafting. Throughout his career, he has served in advisory and prosecutorial roles at the Sudanese Ministry of Justice, provided legal consultancy to leading companies in Saudi Arabia, including Saudi Fish Company and Saudi Telecom Company, and headed the Legal Department of Mohammed Salem Al-Suwaidi Group from 2003 to 2019. He has also delivered numerous workshops on international contract drafting and review and has extensive expertise in foreign investment, complex commercial agreements, and legal risk management.
