A distinguished former Court of Appeal judge with approximately 40 years of judicial experience in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. He began his academic journey at the College of Sharia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh in 1395 AH, before completing his studies at the Higher Institute of the Judiciary in 1399 AH. He commenced his judicial career in 1401 AH as a judicial assistant at the Riyadh Court, then served in the judiciary in Abu Dhabi for 18 years, gaining valuable international experience. He subsequently served as a judge at the Qatif District Court for 10 years and at the Eastern Province Court of Appeal for another 10 years, bringing extensive judicial knowledge and experience in adjudication and legal proceedings.
